Frequently Asked Questions
How much is delivery?
The delivery fee for Sydney Metro is determined by location of the event. If you are outside of Greater Metro Sydney, delivery starts at $350.
As you submit a quote request our team will review and finalise your proposal inclusive of bond and delivery fee.
Please note: Delivery fee is inclusive of setup and packdown. Please allow 1 to 2 hours prior to your event for setup time. If no one is at the event site at the agreed time, Poppy's Play reserves the right for forfeit the entire booking, at the hirers cost. The reserved space for setup must already be clear prior to delivery.
How long is the hire period?
Our prices include a base time of 4 hours for the party. Our team will arrive prior to this time to setup and will collect on the conclusion of the 4 hours. If you require longer access, please specify your requirement in the quote request.
Are EVA Mats inclusive?
Yes EVA Mats are included in all setups for safety reasons and can be colour coordinated. Colours available are Grey, Black, White, Beige, Pink, Blue and Mint.

What is your wet weather and cancellation policy?
The hirer must refer to Clause 5 of our terms and conditions:
5 Changes and Cancellations
(a) Any requests for changes to the booking is subject to acceptance by the Owner at its sole discretion. Any date change is subject to availability and receipt of a new Booking Form.
(b) Any cancellations will result in the Hirer forgetting the Deposit, however, the owner at its sole discretion may credit to the value of the deposit:
(i) Subject to clause 5(b)(ii), to any future booking made within 3 months of the date of cancellation
(ii) if the booking was in relation to an outdoor event which is cancelled due wet weather, to any future booking made within 12 months of the date of cancellation.
(c) Any cancellation made within 7 days of the commencement of the Hire Period as set out in the Booking Form will result in the Hirer forfeiting all payments made to the Owner, with the exception of the Bond (to the extend paid), but only if Hire Fee has been paid in full, in which case, such amount will be returned to the Hirer within 5 business days after the date of cancellation.
(d) The Owner can cancel any booking at any time. Subject to clause 4(d), if the Owner decides to cancel a booking, all payments made will be refunded to the Hirer.
